Hands down best Goat Birria Consomé ever. I will be craving it for the next year. The broth is so flavorful and the goat meat melts in your mouth. The tortillas served with the birria are also some of the best I've ever had. They have a bite to them and come out fresh and steamy. Everything was so so delicious, fresh, and felt very authentic which I love. This place is a must if you're in the area!
Queso birrias are good, and the consume is good also. but it can pricy

This is for the ROUND LAKE location. Just had lunch and I ordered 2 beef birrieria tacos and 1 Goat. Trust me next time they will all be the Goat. The goat meat was more flavorful than the beef. This is the best place in the entire area. I tried another place in Grayslake and they were small and greasy. No flavor. You want these type of tacos, this is the place to go.
This review is for the Round Lake location. This birria is authentic and DELICIOUS!!! We finally have an authentic birria place in Round Lake!! The birria is as close in authenticity as it could get in the states. I would like to say to those that have never had birria, to not knock it. I can't stand it when people go to ethnic food restaurants and then leave very ignorant reviews about the food. To those who don't understand the flavor, or the reason for separation of the broth from the meat, you should read up on it before leaving bad reviews!!! To the owner, please keep up the good work, ¡su birria está deliciosa!
